Biography:

John-Michael knows firsthand what it takes to transform a body—he lost 50 pounds on his own before ever stepping foot in a gym. He did so with bodyweight workouts and switching up his diet.

Originally from Massachusetts, JM moved to New York City and has been part of Maik’s team ever since. He began his coaching journey in 2021, leading army-style bodyweight conditioning sessions, and soon after joined Ultimate Performance Los Angeles, the world’s largest personal training gym. There, he received formal education in nutrition, anatomy, and exercise science.

John-Michael specializes in bodybuilding, strength training, and sustainable weight loss. His success lies in a dedicated, holistic approach that helps clients overcome challenges and stay consistent.

Outside the gym, you’ll find him exploring new vegan restaurants with his fiancée and hanging out with his dog, Ozzie.

Maik here:  After working with JM for a year, I am thoroughly impressed with him. He built a beautiful business in no time and ahs taken a lot of administrative tasks off me, making the gym run smoother. Oh, and he conquered his caffeine addiction!
