This is where you normally find an endless list of accomplishments and titles, I l will keep it short (google can tell you EVERYTHING about me in 15 milliseconds) , I came to the US on a swimming scholarship, competed in World Cups etc, made the Hall of Fame of my alma mater in 2012, won a lot of stuff, So I am obviously insanely qualified.

 

Since then,I established myself as a respected fitness and nutrition expert within the industry and in NYC  while winning the Musclemania championship twice.

 

I even wrote books, shocker I know! And contribute to Muscle and Fitness, Crains, Muscle and Strength But here is the bigger question: What can I do for you?

 

Simple. Think of fitness as lego blocks, I am the guy that teaches you to build whatever (body) you want via science. No gimmicks, no hype , just results!

Gregorio Pizzaro

 

Gregorio has been a NYC certified personal trainer for close to 10 years. He has worked with clients of all different fitness levels. His coaching techniques and his ability to educate and communicate brings the best out of every client he works with.

 

Gregorio believes in living by example. He is a vegan athlete and trains hard every single day and keeps himself in great shape, also in order to be a role model for his daughter. Passion, discipline, consistency, hard work, and a positive attitude are the qualities that he believes will produce results in a sustainable manner.

 

Or in his own words” The days of the clip board caring, screaming coach are over. Negativity and scare tactics only give you results for a short period of time, then the clients burns out.”

 

He gives 100% and finds ways of getting 100% out of his clients by being great teacher and motivator.

Shane O’Dwyer

 

Born and raised in Ireland, Shane is an ACE certified personal trainer with a background in mental health nursing.

 

A lifetime fitness and martial arts enthusiast, Shane has competed in Taekwon-Do, Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

 

Helping others realize their potential is at the core of his approach to coaching.

My names Hillel Perper and I’ve been training for the last 10 years. My goal is for my clients to achieve the best possible physique for themselves while also remaining injury free. I’ve developed my training methods over the years while working with clients and student athletes. As a former swim coach I have seen that any person can be an athlete with the proper coaching and motivation. I have a ton of active hobbies that I do in my free time that include hiking and camping. I’m 26 years old and currently live in Queens.

Alex Rios is the newest addition to our training staff. He is personally invested in each one of his client’s success. Alex will prioritize and hold you accountable to the same standards he expects from himself. When you look for a personal trainer you want someone reliable, empathetic and strategic in their approach and follow through. Alex will be there for you, guide you and follow through with holding you to the standards needed to help you become a better version of yourself.

Jason Goris (Jay)

 

Native New Yorker, born and raised. Personal trainer, w.o. enthusiast.

 

Weighing as much as 279 lbs, Jason’s journey began at the start of 2018. Fast forward to 2022, Jason is now currently in the best shape of his life. His journey became a testament of how discipline, hard work and dedication can be life changing. Nutrition is definitely key in this “Health is Wealth” lifestyle and fitness training quickly developed into his chosen career path.
