The Strong Survivors, Part 3 of 4. You measure everything that runs your business. Here’s a 60-second way to track your training with the same honesty.
You track everything. Except this.
You can probably tell me last quarter’s revenue. What’s on your calendar Thursday. Your resting heart rate this morning.
Ask how your training is actually going, and the answer gets vague. Fine, I guess. Been busy. Should get back to it.
That vagueness is the whole problem. You measure everything that runs your business and almost nothing that runs your body.
This is not a quiz. There are no right answers. Six honest questions, and the pattern usually shows up by the fourth one.
Six questions about consistency, energy, recovery, strength, and whether your current plan is doing anything you can actually measure. It takes about a minute.
Answer them straight. Don’t give me the version you’d give a colleague. Give yourself the real one.

No score. No verdict. Just an honest snapshot of where you actually stand right now. That’s where every good plan starts anyway.
